Photo details
The delivery times of the digital photographs is of 6 to 8 weeks. The photographs are sent to the client through an online gallery in which only the client can access by means of a password or directly with a download link. The photographer will give the client the final files only in JPG format in high resolution of 3000 x 2000px, the RAW files are not delivered. The photographer’s job is to select the best photos, reveal them and edit only small details if necessary. The service contracted does not include photomantage or digital interversion other than what the photographer has established. From the photographs taken during the wedding, a first selection is made of those that meet different quality criteria and that also tell the story of the event better. The photographer commits to deliver at least 300 digital photos as agreed in the package, that is to say that the photographer is the one who decides, based on his professional judgment, the final photographs that will be delivered to the client. The client has the authorization of the photographer to print the photographs from the digital photographs that will be delivered. The contracted service includes up to 10 retouched photos for enlargement, if the client would like to print these applications contact us directly to request this service.
Video details
During the hours of coverage we will be capturing all the essential moments of your wedding professionally and creatively to create a cinematic short film (8-10 minutes) that is included in this package. It captures your story, emotion and the unique details of your unforgettable day. We handpick special moments from your full wedding day and select the appropriate music to go along with your video to tell your story in the best way possible. The video is delivered within 8 weeks of the wedding day, noticed that we will try to finish it and send it to you before the 8 weeks. The videographer will deliver to the client the final video in full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 px), the RAW footage is not delivered.
Terms & Conditions:
By contracting this package, the client reserves the day, time and place in which the agreed service will be provided, at the same time a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service is given a week before the wedding. The 50% left is given no later than the day of the wedding. No work can be delivered until the agreed payment has been covered.
We are not responsible for the loss of important moments of the event due to the intervention of guests or things that are out of our control, such as the weather, which may obstruct the work.
The photographer maintains the legal ownership of all images and video files. The files delivered to the client are only for personal use. Any other use must be previously consulted with the photographer for approval. The client gives authorization to the photographer to publish on social media some of the images of his event as he uses his own publicity.
If the photographer can not meet with this contract, due to an emergency or an incident beyond our control, the photographer will return the amount of money payed to the client. In the same way, if any photographic material is damaged in the process or if there is any loss of the photographs or video files, the photographer is responsible for returning the total amount payed by the client. The signing of this contract implies the total understanding and acceptance of the corresponding parties. Any modification to this contract must be signed by both parties.
